Ces dessins r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la main sont appel\u00e9s <strong>Storyboard<\/strong>, <strong>Douga<\/strong>, <strong>Genga<\/strong>, <strong>Layout<\/strong> ou encore <strong>Cellulo<\/strong>. Ils correspondent \u00e0 des \u00e9tapes bien pr\u00e9cises de la production d&rsquo;un dessin anim\u00e9 et contribuent \u00e0 donner vie aux personnages d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie ou d&rsquo;un long m\u00e9trage.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>L&rsquo;animation \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;ancienne\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;animation traditionnelle, chaque image est dessin\u00e9e \u00e0 la main. Cela implique de r\u00e9aliser, pour 1 seconde de film, 24 dessins qui d\u00e9composent le mouvement que l&rsquo;on souhaite voir apparaitre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran. Ainsi, en dessinant un personnage sur cette feuille et en la pla\u00e7ant ensuite devant un d\u00e9cor, on peut facilement cr\u00e9er une animation sans avoir \u00e0 redessiner le d\u00e9cor \u00e0 chaque fois. Cela permet donc de superposer plusieurs couches de <strong>Cellulo <\/strong>et ainsi d\u2019animer plusieurs plans.<br \/>\nMais avant d&rsquo;en arriver l\u00e0, il y a du TAF&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Story-board<\/h2>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire, une fois que le sc\u00e9nario est achev\u00e9, c&rsquo;est de cr\u00e9er le <strong>Story-board<\/strong>. Celui-ci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des dessins tr\u00e8s sommaires, voir des esquisses, va r\u00e9sumer l&rsquo;histoire et orienter toute la suite du travail. Ceux-ci vont r\u00e9aliser une illustration plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de chaque <strong>Cut<\/strong> afin de pr\u00e9ciser d&rsquo;avantage les choses et de faciliter le travail des animateurs. Ce travail va permettre de concr\u00e9tiser le <strong>Story-board<\/strong> en y int\u00e9grant davantage d&rsquo;informations. Le <strong>Layout<\/strong> est donc une cartographie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de chaque plan et permet \u00e0 chaque service artistique de travailler simultan\u00e9ment et de mani\u00e8re plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les Eggs de la <a href=\"http:\/\/slamsoft-corp.com\/index.php\/tube-daccueil\/\">slamsOft Corp<\/a>, les <strong>Layout<\/strong> sont les petits chouchous de notre collection!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Tandis que le <strong>Story-board<\/strong> s\u2019attache \u00e0 traduire le cadrage souhait\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents plans ainsi que les raccords et mouvements de cam\u00e9ra (et de personnages) pr\u00e9vus, le<strong> Layout<\/strong> s\u2019attache quand \u00e0 lui \u00e0 indiquer pour chaque plan quels \u00e9l\u00e9ments devront \u00eatre dessin\u00e9s sur cellulo\u00efd. Elles servent \u00e0 garder les feuilles, sur lesquelles les animateurs travaillent, parfaitement align\u00e9es. Ces perforations permettaient aussi, avant l&rsquo;aire du num\u00e9rique, de maintenir les <strong>Cellulo\u00efds<\/strong> \u00e9galement align\u00e9s pendant que la cam\u00e9ra les photographiait.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit, l&rsquo;on peut voir le num\u00e9ro du plan not\u00e9 \u00e0 cot\u00e9 du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>C.<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(pour CUT) et le temps en secondes \u00e0 cot\u00e9 du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>TIME<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Nous pouvons voir qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a aucune annotation \u00e0 cot\u00e9 du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>S.<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, mais il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des films de <strong>Hayao Miyazaki<\/strong>, qui ne pr\u00e9cisait pas le num\u00e9ro de la <strong>Sc\u00e8ne<\/strong> sur ses <strong>Layout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La feuille d&rsquo;un <strong>Layout<\/strong> int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement deux cadres. Le cadre int\u00e9rieur d\u00e9termine une zone de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Safe Frame<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb qui assure que cette partie de l&rsquo;image sera toujours visible, malgr\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents formats d&rsquo;\u00e9cran. Cela implique que tout ce qui est important en terme d&rsquo;animation ou de sc\u00e9nario, doit \u00eatre contenu dans ce cadre.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les petites notes en japonais, que nous serions bien incapable de traduire \u00e0 la <a href=\"http:\/\/slamsoft-corp.com\/index.php\/tube-daccueil\/\">slamsOft Corp<\/a>, on peut voir dans les indications en caract\u00e8res latins, une information au dessus du grand cadre concernant le sens et le d\u00e9filement du <strong>Background<\/strong> not\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>BG<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. On peut \u00e9galement voir le terme \u00ab\u00a0<em>BOOK<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb inscrit sur la banquette du train dans lequel voyage <strong>Chihiro<\/strong>. Ce terme d\u00e9signe les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du d\u00e9cor qui ne seront pas dessin\u00e9s sur la feuille de <strong>Background<\/strong>. Ici le<strong>\u00a0Background\u00a0<\/strong>sera repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le paysage qui d\u00e9file en arri\u00e8re plan et l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du train sera, quant \u00e0 lui, dessin\u00e9 sur un <strong>Cellulo<\/strong> \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1170px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1006-1\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/slamsoft-corp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/chihiro-cellulo4.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/slamsoft-corp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/chihiro-cellulo4.mp4\">http:\/\/slamsoft-corp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/chihiro-cellulo4.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Tentative de d\u00e9corticage du Cut 1163B du voyage de Chihiro<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite le directeur de l&rsquo;animation assure la correction des\u00a0<strong>Layout <\/strong>et transmet les modifications apport\u00e9es sur une feuille de papier jaune (il me semble).<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Genga &amp; Douga<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une fois les <strong>Layout<\/strong> corrig\u00e9s et valid\u00e9s par le directeur de l&rsquo;animation, les animateurs vont pouvoir commencer la production des <strong>Genga. <\/strong>Ce travail consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;ensemble des poses cl\u00e9s de chaque personnage dans chaque s\u00e9quence, afin de donner une id\u00e9e de ce que sera l&rsquo;animation finale. Non vous ne laguez pas \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe doit maintenant produire les dessins d&rsquo;animation entre chacune des poses cl\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9alis\u00e9es. Pour ce travail, l&rsquo;on fait appel aux intervallistes. Ces animateurs vont donc dessiner gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une table r\u00e9tro \u00e9clair\u00e9, ce que l&rsquo;on appel des <strong>Douga<\/strong> (<em>et il y en a beaucoup \u00e0 faire<\/em>), qui sont une version crayonn\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de ce que doit \u00eatre l&rsquo;animation entre deux <strong>Genga<\/strong> (<em>les fameuses poses clef<\/em>). Il est n\u00e9cessaire que leur r\u00e9alisation soit impeccable, car ce sont eux qui vont servir de mod\u00e8les aux <strong>Cellulo\u00efd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si les intervallistes ont beaucoup de Taf qui les attend, le travail des animateurs n&rsquo;est pas termin\u00e9 pour autant, car ils doivent refaire les poses cl\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re plus pr\u00e9cise, pour en faire des <strong>Douga<\/strong>. Il faut donc faire au plus court et au moins cher&#8230;<br \/>\nGr\u00e2ce aux outils informatiques, permettant une vitesse de production tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le nombre des contenus anim\u00e9s, s&rsquo;est v\u00e9ritablement d\u00e9multipli\u00e9 sur nos \u00e9crans. Il semble donc que ce secteur se porte tr\u00e8s bien.
